1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

When you submit the audit application form on this site:

• Identity: name, business name, role.
• Contact: email address, phone number.
• Business context: industry, current marketing setup, budget range, what you want audited.
• Optional: any free-text notes you provide.

The form is hosted by our processor Leadaro (leadaro.ai) and the submission lands in our Leadaro inbox before being forwarded to office@thebrandoers.com.

3. Why we collect it

• To respond to your audit request and prepare the free diagnosis.
• To schedule a 60-minute audit call if you qualify.
• To send a one-time follow-up if you don't reply within 14 days.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for unrelated marketing. We do not subscribe you to a newsletter without your separate opt-in.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, our legal basis for processing your form submission is your consent (the act of submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to a sales inquiry you initiated.

5. How long we keep it

• Active leads: 24 months from last contact.
• Cold leads who did not become clients: deleted from our CRM after 12 months unless you ask us to keep them.
• Clients: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years (legal/accounting obligation).

6. Your rights

Under GDPR (EU) and similar US state privacy laws (CCPA/VCDPA, where applicable), you can ask us to:

• Access a copy of the data we hold on you.
• Correct any inaccurate data.
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Port your data to another provider.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email office@thebrandoers.com. We respond within 30 days. If we cannot resolve your concern, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (ANSPDCP in Romania; your state attorney general in the US).

7. Third parties

• Leadaro (form hosting) — receives form data, stores in our private inbox.
• Google Workspace — email + document storage.
• Vercel — site hosting + CDN. May process IP addresses for security/performance.

We do not currently run analytics or advertising pixels on this site. If we add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as we add new features (analytics, marketing pixels, client portal). Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for 30 days.
