U.S. Marketplace

We sell on U.S. & UK marketplaces. From inside the account.

Amazon, Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop — in the U.S. and the UK — run on rules you don’t learn from articles. A list price isn’t the price paid, a permanent discount is invisible in search, and half the levers that drive sales are buttons nobody has pressed. We go into the account, find what isn’t working, and build what’s missing — from label compliance to ads to the brand storefront.

Case study · Lucy’s Renewals

One account. Six problems nobody had named.

Lucy’s Renewals is a U.S. skincare brand selling a single hero product on Amazon. This isn’t a list of intentions — it’s what a full account audit surfaced, in one real account, before we touched anything else.

ROAS vs real breakeven, recalibrated

1 yr

accidental discount caught, through 2027

What the audit surfaced

  • A year-long scheduled discount running through July 2027 the owner never knew about — the product had a permanently reduced price disguised as a promotion.
  • $58.51/month in storage fees — 28% of revenue — never quantified before.
  • Amazon Vine already spent — one shot per product, used a year earlier on a single review. The whole review plan rested on something impossible.
  • A TikTok Shop blocked for six days on a restricted category, with nobody watching.
  • Ad campaigns at 0.59 ROAS with the real breakeven at 3.7 — spend cut in half the same day.
  • Label claims unsupported by the formula — pulled before they became a problem.

What we did

  • Rebuilt the true per-unit margin after every fee, and surfaced the 28% storage drain.
  • Cut ad spend to the real breakeven the same day the numbers came back.
  • Rewrote and repositioned the listing around the buyer who actually converts.
  • Produced the full gallery, A+ Premium and Brand Store in-house.
  • Pulled the unsupported label claims and corrected the brand-registry attributes.
  • Now launching Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop as new channels.

Lucy’s Renewals is a U.S. account. The same playbook runs on Amazon UK and TikTok Shop UK — the same hidden levers and breakeven math, localized for UK VAT and FBA-UK.

What we do

Nine lines, one account owner.

  • 01

    Marketplace Account Audit

A full read of an existing account: real per-unit margin, hidden price structure, storage costs, listing health, advertising, and programs nobody switched on.

    • True margin rebuilt after every fee
    • Inventory of un-activated levers — coupons, subscriptions, brand programs
    • Report with P1/P2/P3 priority and an execution order
  • 02

    Listing Repositioning & Optimization

A full rewrite of the product page around the right audience — not the assumed one.

    • Title, bullets, description, backend keywords
    • Structured attributes — scent, ingredients, features
    • Expectation-setting as a returns-reduction tool
  • 03

    Marketplace Creative Production

Gallery images, A+ modules and banners — produced in-house, to exact platform spec, not subcontracted.

    • Gallery set at 2000–2160px, built as one visual system
    • A+ Premium, up to 7 modules
    • Brand Store banners, desktop + mobile, at 3000×600
    • Editable sources handed to the client
  • 04

    Brand Store & Brand Programs

Building the brand storefront and activating the programs it unlocks.

    • Brand Store designed, built and submitted for approval
    • Brand Referral Bonus — 10% back on off-platform traffic
    • Amazon Attribution, Brand Follow, Brand Tailored Promotions
    • Brand Registry cases, including handling rejections
  • 05

    Pricing Architecture & Competitive Analysis

Not “what price,” but how list, coupon, subscription and multipack lock together — and stay consistent across channels.

    • Three-tier competitive analysis: list, shelf, subscriber
    • Coupon and Subscribe & Save structure
    • Cross-channel consistency so the Buy Box isn’t suppressed
  • 06

    Retail Media Management

Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, run on real breakeven — not ROAS as an abstract metric.

    • Breakeven from per-unit contribution
    • Campaign triage, structure, budgets, negative keywords
    • The honest call to NOT spend when the numbers say so
  • 07

    Compliance & Brand Integrity

The area most agencies avoid — and where the risk is highest.

    • Claims checked against the approved label
    • GS1 / GTIN verification on the real brand owner
    • Brand-attribute correction cases
    • Compliance for new markets — labeling, registrations
  • 08

New Channel Launch — Walmart, TikTok Shop, Amazon UK

From the eligibility check to the first order — in the U.S. and the UK.

    • Walmart Marketplace (US) — application, onboarding, listing, new-seller discounts
    • TikTok Shop (US & UK) — category qualification, affiliate program, content
    • Amazon UK — VAT/EORI setup, FBA-UK onboarding, listing localization
    • Existing content ported across platforms and marketplaces with field adaptation
  • 09

    Client Reporting

Branded reports, in English, readable without translating from jargon.

What sets this apart

01

We work inside the account, not next to it.

We don’t hand over recommendations for the client to implement. We go into Seller Central, the ads console, the Store builder — we fill in, build, verify. The client presses the final button, that’s it.

02

We produce the creative ourselves.

Gallery images, A+ modules, Store banners — all produced in-house, to the platform’s exact spec. No middlemen, no one-week turnaround for a text change.

03

We’ll tell you what isn’t worth doing.

We stopped a client-approved budget increase because the numbers didn’t support it. We dropped a review push because Amazon already sends them automatically. A client who hears a reasoned “no” stays longer than one who’s sold everything.

Selling on Amazon, Walmart or TikTok Shop?

Start with an account audit — a concrete read on the margin you’re losing to fees, discounts and mis-set ads, and the levers you haven’t switched on yet.
