3. What we offer

We offer paid marketing services (strategy, video production, paid media, social, branding, web) and a free 60-minute audit as a no-commitment lead-qualification tool.

The free audit is exactly that — free and without obligation. You are not enrolled in any service by submitting the form.

4. Results disclaimer

The case study numbers shown on this Site (organic views, follower growth, ROAS, etc.) reflect real outcomes for the named clients. They are not a guarantee of your results. Marketing outcomes depend on your business, market, budget, brand maturity, and execution discipline.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content, brand, logos, case studies, and design are owned by TheBrandoers or our clients (in the case of client logos and footage used with permission). You may not reuse them without written consent.

6. Third-party links

We link to client websites, social profiles, and tools (Leadaro, Vercel). We do not control those properties and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TheBrandoers is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site. Our maximum liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, if you only used the free audit, is zero).

8. Governing law

If you contracted us via the US entity, these terms are governed by the laws of New York State. If via the RO entity, by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for 30 days. Continued use after the change means you accept the new version.
